DMCA Takedown Policy
KomoDrop ("we", "us", or "our") operates as a game aggregator and indexing service. We do not host, store, or distribute any game files on our servers. All games accessible through our platform are hosted on third-party websites, and we provide links to those external resources.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. If you believe that content linked on our site infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice as described below.
1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To file a valid DMCA takedown notice, you must provide the following information in writing to our designated DMCA Agent:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location on our website, with enough detail to allow us to locate it (e.g., URL of the page).
- Your contact information, including name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. DMCA Agent Contact
Please send all DMCA notices to the following designated agent:
- Email: dmca@komodrop.online
- Subject Line: DMCA Takedown Request — [Your Company/Name]
We will respond to valid takedown notices within 48 hours and will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that content linked on our site was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA Agent. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its previous location on our site.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original takedown notice or their agent.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and restore the removed content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringer from engaging in the infringing activity.
4. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate access for users and account holders who are found to be repeat infringers. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to remove any content or disable any links that we believe violate copyright laws, regardless of whether we receive a formal takedown notice.
